Now the long version: My wife and I were visiting Marco Island for the first time and we enjoyed the community and relaxed atmosphere so much that we decided to purchase a vacation spot. We contacted one local realtor and asked her to show us a few properties. She made a list that wasn’t fitting our needs and was showing us “her preferred properties”. We almost gave up on our dream. Then by luck we were passing by Panorama model home where Stan had his temporary office. We briefly spoke about the market and our plans that we could not realize because we couldn’t see a solution that fits the needs of our growing family. After our discussion Stan proposed several solutions without the pressure to choose him as our realtor—and let me tell you the guy just says things without sugar-coating and we appreciate that honesty as it is harder and harder to find nowadays. On top of that he knows the market really well, knows the builders that work in Marco as well, and that combination is just hard to beat. So thanks to Stan Niemczyk we will have our dream vacation house and we know that we made a good deal as a result of Stan’s knowledge and honesty.

In 2002, my husband and I met Stan while looking for a lot to build a home on Marco Island. He helped us find a home that was perfect for us to buy in a very short time. He helped us thru the whole process of buying and caring for our home. Whenever we needed help with anything or had a question Stan was our "go to man." He is very active in many organizations on the Island so knows the right people or business to take care of anything. In 2014 he sold my home and helped me find a condo.
